About Roisin
I am currently undertaking a PhD at Imperial College London. My research is in the field of chemical engineering and material science, and relies heavily on my extensive knowledge of maths, physics and chemistry. I am hoping to tutor maths primarily – a subject where I excelled at both GCSE and A-Level. I would love to have the opportunity to pass on my knowledge, and help another person achieve their best result! My previous experience includes being a teaching assistant for years 7-9, supervising undergraduate and masters students at university during my PhD, setting up a mentoring program for new PhD students and volunteering for Student Action for Refugees (STAR) at university - a program where students partake in language classes for refugees.
