About Roisin
I'm an environmental science PhD student at Lancaster University. My specialism is soil, soil carbon, and ecosystem services, but I teach geography and ecology as well.
I have worked at Lancaster University helping students with geography statistics classes, and I have also given classes in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for masters students at the University of Sheffield.

I determine the topic areas the student would like to cover, and create a lesson plan to guide them through it, with manageable tasks per lesson.
I am very friendly and patient, and I encourage students to ask questions and to talk through what we are working on.
