About Billy Kyaw
I'm a second-year PhD researcher in Microbiology, and I'm thrilled to be your potential tutor. My journey in science began during my GCSE years when I was fascinated by the wonders of the biological world. This ignited my passion for scientific research.
My academic pursuit led me to earn a degree in biomedical science, and I am now dedicated to expanding the boundaries of scientific knowledge through my ongoing PhD research. My journey as a scientist has not only been about personal growth but also a commitment to sharing the wonders of science with others.
Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is also my passion to inspire the next generation of scientists and scholars. My previous teaching experiences include tutoring two GCSE students, and taking a role as a graduate teaching assistant and demonstrator at the university. With my scientific knowledge and passion for teaching, I want to help students like you realise their dreams, whilst encouraging the pursuit of higher education.
