About David
I'm a food engineer graduated from UDLAP and Im currently studying a PhD in food science. I have experience in projects in the food industry and extensive knowledge of basic science subjects, such as mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry, as well as specialized subjects in the area of biological sciences in general and food science and engineering in particular . I also have extensive experience in writing, both academic and creative, in Spanish and English. I have worked as an assistant professor at UDLAP throughout my PhD studies, and therefore I have experience in private and group counseling, as well as in group classes. I have primarily taught math, finance, and academic writing courses.

I like to structure my classes based on the competencies and learning styles of each student. I understand that not all of us learn in the same way or at the same speed and that it is necessary to take into account the feedback of students regarding their experience with my classes and with classes they have taken with other teachers. I try to teach all subjects using examples and practical situations to help students bring the concepts down to earth and relate them to observations and experiences they have had in real life.
