As a teacher, I believe in learning with children and not teaching. My approach is friendly, supportive, and maintaining a pleasant environment in the class. I also like to include Questioning Skills, Reflective Teaching, Use of technology for teaching and learning, Using technology to manage student data, Assessment and Evaluation techniques, providing positive feedback, Ethics and values, lesson planning, Creating, and using rubrics in class, and Using reflection for personal improvement
The usual structure of a class is 1-8 students in an online class, junior to middle-level, school children.
