I strongly believe that psychology is best understood through real-world examples, case studies, and open discussions rather than simple rote learning.To help students truly absorb the material, I incorporate neurodivergent-friendly and ADHD-optimized study techniques. This includes structured spaced repetition to lock concepts into long-term memory, and interactive active recall exercises like quick quizzes or concept mapping to test understanding in real time.
