About Asad
Dedicated IS (Information Systems) educator with a a focus on Blockchain technology, ERP, SAP (HCM) and 15 years’ in FE/HE teaching experience, having a proven ability to ensure student success through differentiated instruction and creative methods of motivation. With a compassionate drive for student success, consistently crafts engaging lesson plans and supports students in exceeding expectations (even their own) and achieving goals. I have strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programs. I always employ relevant pedagogical strategies in my teaching, such as Cognitive, Meta-cognitive, and Socio-affective. I have good experience in experiential learning methods such as TBL (Team-base learning), PBL (Project-based learning), ABL (Action-based learning). I have a high spirit and strong passion for education. I always use drip-feed rather than a flood method in my teaching. I am agile to embrace changes and take-on new challenges. I am open-minded and could ramp-up quickly to new and different environments. I am a team-player who is always willing to contribute to organizational goals and initiatives. I am a staunch believer and practitioner of life-long learning.
