I am a passionate educator and academic who is driven to enrich the knowledge of others through my teaching. With extensive teaching experience in physical education and having completed research at universities overseas, I feel that I am well-positioned to provide individuals with a well-tailored learning experience that will support them to achieve their goals.

My teaching methodology is to co-design learning programmes with achievable milestones and goals. I work with clients to foster engagement through the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly goals to meet their individual needs. The typical lesson length will be 1 hour. I am educated to university level and am a qualified teacher with a master's degree in Physical Education. I am also diploma qualified as a personal trainer.
My lessons are for individuals who are seeking careers in the fitness industry and who aim to go on to work as PTs or HPE teachers.
I can also offer online PT and fitness instruction to individuals seeking to improve their fitness and gain a better understanding of how their body works.
