About Khizra
I have been teaching psychology since 2018 and more recently in my university, where I am also a PhD student. I have been offering private tuitions in various capacities since I was a college student. I have received a consistently positive feedback from the students I have taught at the university, and have had successful results with the students I taught online.
Recently, I have published an article related to my PhD topic in ‘The Conversation’ and also published my master’s dissertation. I am familiar with AQA, OCR, and as well as the skills required to achieve the highest grade in the university.
I have an enhanced DBS on the update service.

For the first session, I would like to get to know the student, find out about their current course of study and working methods. Usually, talking about the current assessment and upcoming exams/assessment is a great way to understand their requirements and to assess where the most help is required.
In my time as a tutor, I have learned that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to pedagogy. If you wish to pass an exam that you are dreading, I can help you in the short-term by teaching you to the test. If you are already passionate about your subject, and want to become skilled and not limited to meeting the assessment criteria, I can help you in the long-term through articulating your vision and instil practices that will help you with your subject.
