About Bill
I was able to first learn and then apply math, physics and statistics to obtain my BS, MS, and PhD in meteorology. Also, I've been able to help train weather forecasters in effectively using forecast tools involving these subjects. If you find scientific courses intimidating, I can help you get through (and pass!) them.

I think teaching is best when, where possible, it can relate to real life. Lesson plan (assumes a single student):
- Assess current knowledge
- Address any deficiencies to bring student up to speed
- For each lesson concept:
- Describe the concept in words
- Derive the expression of the concept in "math language"
- Show relatable examples to drive home the concept
I spent 21 years developing training for forecast meteorologists where content was directly related to their job tasks
