About Baishakhi

Hello! I’m Baishakhi Tikader – a passionate Chemist, Mathematics and Science tutor with 10+ years of experience from class VIII to class XII. I specialize in giving 12 standrad mathematics tution under WBSCE, CBSE & IGCSE curriculum.

What makes my classes unique?

The speciality of my teaching is to motivate the student so that the student get interested towards learning. Under my teaching, I have been able to pass a 12 class student in Physics and mathematics (>65%), who failed twice in his higher secondary exam under WBSCE. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, effective, and results-driven.

Myself was bright student throughout, I got highest level learning oppourtuniety (as part of PhD in IITBombay) and also travelled the world for my research work. Through this platform I want to share my knowledge and experiences and want to guide the younger generations through teaching.

About the lesson

I usually conduct the demo classes in two session before enrollment.

First session class (20–25 minutes): A general introduction and assessment of the student’s current knowledge level.

Second demo class: Conducted based on the specific requirements and expectations of the student and guardian.

My classes are intended for school students (secondary level) who need support in any science subjects (Math, Chemistry, Biology, & Physics). I have considerable teaching experience in mathematics according to the IGCSE curriculum at the higher-secondary level. I have more than 10 years experiences in teaching from class 8 to class 12, Btech 1st year IIT students, Msc 2nd year IIT Students.

I offer one-to-one class in online or group classes offline. My class is usually for a minimum of (1 - 1.5) hour .

1) Building a strong conceptual foundation, make learning interactive, logical, and enjoyable.
2) A quick recap of the previous session in each class, introducing new concepts using visual aids, real-life analogies, and step-by-step explanations.
3) Helps in school or assignment homework.
4) Short assignments, problem-solving and exam-oriented preparation.
5) Set strategic plan according and revision plan before exam.
6) Clearing doubt in session free of cost (1-2 classes in 1 month).

I personally check the working of student and give feedback if needed.

Adviced to enroll for 3 months for best results.

N.B.: Please understand that this is not solely about earning money. I believe that sharing my knowledge and helping students grow is a responsibility I take seriously. My goal is to guide and prepare students with care and commitment, rather than approaching this as a simple transaction of money for service.
