About Aretha
I have taught English for over 20 years, ranging from individual coaching to classes of +/- 40 students. More than 50% of my students pass with distinctions and very few (about 5%) have passed at second and third attempts.

I am currently studying for my PhD. My teaching method is either Direct, Deductive or Inductive approach, depending on the level at which the student is. I use age/proficiency level specific teaching methods and treat every learner with relevant consideration.

My rates vary according to the distance I have to travel. We can negotiate accordingly. Cancellation has to be done 24hrs prior to scheduled time of class. Short notice cancellations attract a 50% refund of the hourly price.
