About CESAR

I hold a PhD degree in planning studies and a master's degree in Economics both awarded by the University College London (UCL) of the University of London. I also have two bachelor's degrees: one in Economics and another in Engineering from the Central University of Venezuela. These studies have provided me with a strong background in quantitative methods and especially in Math. I have published three textbooks on Mathematics with applications to Economics. Most of my professional work has been in academia both teaching mathematics and doing research. I have more than 30 years of work experience in Math teaching.

About the lesson

My work experience allows me to provide real-life applications of Math. My students appreciate my teaching skills for being effective in making students who are reluctant to learn Math to end up easily acquiring skills in this subject. I am confident that by working together I can also guide you to success in this subject, whether by helping you with homework or preparing for your tests. Based on my extensive experience in research, I can also help you with your thesis or research work, provided that this work is within the economics area. I can also provide the tutoring in Spanish.
