About Riann Martin
Teaching has always been my passion, and I plan to still continue doing it even after my PhD. I have always been a mentor, a teacher, and a friend to my students. In the classroom, I make sure that we have good relationship that students won’t be afraid to ask if they don’t understand something about lessons. Outside the classroom, I can be a friend who is always ready to listen and lend an ear to your problems whether it’s academic or personal.

I first assess what you need as a student and ask your learning style, I then adjust our lessons from there. Typical tutoring session last at least 1 hr but no more than 2 hr (I’m sure your attention span won’t last that long haha) depends on your need and progress. I’ve been tutoring for 5 yr before teaching professionally at uni in the Philippines. Professionally, I’ve taught classes in General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Biochemistry. But I also have tutoring experience in Algebra and Calculus.
