About Upasna
My in-classroom teaching experience started with teaching B.tech chemical engineering students and B.tech biotechnology students. My job was to deliver 55 minute lectures, prepare and grade bi-weekly assignments and also grade the midterm and final exams. I had given talks in national and international conferences that help me in lecturing the class. While helping students solve problems, I learnt new ways to solve a problem which I didn’t think before.

For the effective teaching, I have divided my teaching plan accordingly.
1. Teach by giving day to day life examples.
2. Concentrate on weaker and less motivated students.
3. Divide the course according to the exams and make it more flexible.
4. I would like to evaluate my students progressively over the semester through
assignments, projects and quizzes rather than just through tests.
5. Try to make the class more interactive.
