About Jaychandran
I started out tutoring in my undergrad, helping individual students at the introductory university courses level. Then, I moved to Ohio and started teaching as part of the instructional team at OSU. For the past five semesters, I have taught over 250 students from a wide variety of educational backgrounds in mechanics and electromagnetism courses. Our department believes in scientifically tested methods to teach physics, and I have been trained intensely in the culture. I have also designed orientation material to teach incoming graduate students about teaching physics.

Hello there,
Physics and math can be daunting, but they don't have to be. For concepts from high school math, pre-calculus to university level electricity and magnetism, I will devise a personal strategy to help you understand the concepts involved from multiple angles. I will choose problems from many different sources and walk your intuition through them till we achieve complete understanding. I prefer learning-by-solving, and will help you see the wonders of arriving at solutions by yourself.
