About Sagnik
I have been teaching and mentoring students since I was in high school, which should be 12 years of experience with high school and subsequently undergraduate students.
I believe there are no "bad" students, only uninterested students who are non-chalant towards these subjects. And it is the job of the tutor to spark interest in them.
I'm happy to stick to a strict tutoring schedule or be more flexible. As long as the student is learning and enjoying the subjects and my tutoring, hours are irrelevant.

My teaching style is likely different from what students are accustomed to with focus being on the visual and intuitive understanding of topics laying the foundation for application-oriented problem solving instead of brute force problem solving.
The latter style of teaching fails to imbue the student with interest and passion for the subject, leading to limited and temporary understanding with the aim of only obtaining passing marks.
