About Alexander
I am research fellow at the Uni. of Oxford. The field of my research is related to high energy astrophysics and compact objects - neutron stars and black holes. Teaching is important part of my work and activity. I have experience of work with school students. Nowadays, I giving my own course on “Astrophysics of Black Holes, Neutron Stars and White Dwarfs” for talented high school students. I am trying to gather ideas from different branches of physics and show how they work under unique conditions typical for the most extreme objects in the Universe.

I follow my own course of lessons/lectures in which the pupil is introduced to the basics of physics and astrophysics. Each lesson is accompanied by practical tasks. The length of the lesson is between 40 and 60 minutes. The lessons are aimed at high school students.
