About Anna

I hold a PhD in Arts Management and Cultural Policy, an MSc in International Management and Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. My academic background combines management studies, cultural policy, and arts management, giving me a broad interdisciplinary perspective on research and academic writing.

In addition to my academic training, I have been actively involved in research communities. I have presented research at academic conferences and organised an international conference supported by research funding, which has given me extensive experience in academic communication and research development.

I also have two years of experience mentoring PhD students, as well as providing one-to-one guidance for MA students working on their Arts Management dissertations. Through this experience, I have supported students in developing research ideas, structuring dissertations, and strengthening their academic writing.

My academic interests and expertise cover management studies, cultural policy, and arts management, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary and qualitative research approaches. I particularly enjoy helping students connect ideas across different fields and develop clear, critical arguments.

With a strong research background and mentoring experience, I aim to help students build confidence in their research process and develop the skills needed for independent academic work.
