About Dipasha
My name is Dipasha and I am a final year BSc Pharmacology and Innovative Therapeutics student. I have been tutoring GCSE students since sixth form, and I also have experience supporting students with 11+ preparation.
Outside of academic work, I enjoy staying dance and tennis, as well as spending time with friends and family. I would describe myself as friendly, patient and approachable. I enjoy teaching because I like helping students realise that difficult topics can become much easier with the right explanation and support. My lessons are centred around understanding each student as an individual. I take time to identify their current level, confidence, and preferred learning style, whether that is visual explanations, step-by-step guidance or practice questions. From there, I tailor each session to their needs, focusing on areas they find most challenging while building their confidence gradually.
I also make sure lessons are interactive and supportive, giving students space to ask questions. Alongside teaching the content, I check in regularly on their progress, help them stay organised, and adapt my approach as their confidence and understanding improve.
