About Jayita
I have seen teachers who scold students for their mistakes as if they have committed some sort of crime. Because of this I have seen students who don't talk about the difficulties they are having and being a student myself, I too have faced the same. So I try to create a healthy environment that encourages students to speak up about their discomfort and I help them to check on and learn from their mistakes instead of feeling ashamed.

I adapt to the students' understanding level and teach them in their language making it easier for them to get a hold of what comes out of my mouth. Bringing up real-life examples helps them get a clearer concept. Apart from the books, one-to-one discussion, written materials have always been handy.
