Currently a Mathematics teacher. -Structured and supportive work, tailored to suit individual student needs. -Specialises with one on one support. -Experience in Edexcel exam board. Understanding what the examiner wants and what exactly the question is asking you to provide structured answers. -Focuses on exam support, exam style questions, getting you the grade you want. -Creating structured, engaging lessons that meet the curriculum standards as well as designing assessments, projects that align with the learning objectives. -Tailoring lessons to meet individual students' needs with varying abilities, ensuring all students are engaged and learning effectively as well as adapting on the spot to address misconceptions students may have. -Managing and taking ownership of my own classroom, establishing clear expectations, promoting resilience and creating a positive learning environment. -Using data to assess and track student progress and adjust teaching methods where necessary to suit the students' needs. -Working with other teachers to create interdisciplinary lessons and participate in wider school projects as well as attending conferences for professional development. -Critically thinking skills and reflective practice, continuously evaluating my own teaching methods and seeking opportunities for improvement.
