About Ankita
With my experience,I feel, concepts and tricks go hand in hand.I am a mechanical engineering graduate and currently I am pursuing masters from IIT Roorkee.Coming to my academic history,got 10 cgpa in 10th(cbse science stream) and 91.8 percent in 12th(cbse science stream) ,but for physics- chemistry-maths my percentage was 95 percent. I have 1 year experience in taking tutions (maths,physics,chemistry).I prefer an hybrid teaching style consisting of delegator and facilitator style.As the style need to change with respect to student and there should be a constant feedback mechanism from the students to increase the effectiveness of the process.One should have up-to-date knowledge about learning theories, techniques and resources.

I prefer a hybrid teaching style consisting of both facilitator and delegator style.Also,there's no specific teaching style which works for everyone ,so feedback from students plays a very significant role in this regard.According to me, Tricks,techniques and creating interest for the subject are pivotal while teaching.
