About Manoj

I have done my B Tech from Government College Of Engineering in (Electronics and Telecommunications), Asia'a 3rd oldest college. I have 25 years of tutoring experience. I have tutored many students across the globe in AA HL, SL, AI HL and SL. I have helped students to achieve Grade 7 in IBDP, Grade 5 in AP Statistics/ Calculus. I taught students from Singapore (Overseas Family School) IBDP, USA (Tevis Jr High School, California, Lagos (British International School) IGCSE AS and A Level, Brent International School Manila, Philippines IBDP and IBDP, India, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Australia, and other countries.
I found one to one tutoring is most effective way of learning as
 It helps teacher to develop personal relation with student which helps student to not
feel shy to ask questions/doubts and give feedback on learning.
 Teacher exactly knows students level and needs.
 Teacher designs lesson and pace suiting to student’s needs.
 Teacher and student, both can annotate on the white board.

About the lesson

In my teaching, I treat every student as an individual and believe that every student has a unique way of learning and challenges.
So, I first try to understand the strength and challenges of the student and try to address it using various differentiation techniques. If a student is finding difficulty in learning then I try different teaching strategies/ methods to make his learning easy.
My classes with students includes various combinations of differentiation techniques, which are as follows:
1.Readiness Test/ Daily Review- This I do to understand where a student stands before going to the next topic through a quiz or short question.
2.Creating Curiosity- Through real life events/news, application of topic to life, science and business
3.Differentiated Instructions- Through Gifs, Short videos to demonstrate concepts, White Board annotations
4. Past Papers solving
5. Conducting tests to prepare students
6. Home work for grounding concepts
