About Danni
I am a 21-year-old fitness coach with 6 years of dedicated training experience and a strong passion for all aspects of health and performance. Over the years, I’ve developed in-depth knowledge of training principles, muscle groups, recovery, and nutrition through both personal experience and continuous learning.
My main focus is strength training and hypertrophy, but I also have a strong interest in weight loss, functional fitness, and tailoring programs to individual needs. I am an active runner, currently training for half marathons, and I will also be competing in HYROX this year, which reflects my commitment to fitness as a lifestyle.
My journey began during the COVID-19 lockdown with simple home workouts, but it quickly grew into a genuine passion that I cannot imagine living without. I chose to start teaching because I find real fulfillment in helping others improve their lives through fitness. My goal is to help people fall in love with the process of training, not just the results, so they can build sustainable habits and long-term consistency.

My coaching goes beyond simply giving you workouts. I focus on helping you build sustainable habits, improve your confidence, and develop a healthier relationship with exercise. Every programme is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, experience, and lifestyle, whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, increase strength, improve athletic performance, or simply feel your best.
I believe fitness should be effective, enjoyable, and realistic to maintain long-term. Along the way, you’ll receive guidance on exercise technique, training principles, motivation, and accountability to help you stay consistent and achieve lasting results. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support needed to succeed both inside and outside the gym.
