About Evan
I am a second-year MBChB medical student at the University of Auckland, who has always enjoyed a passion for literature and the English language. While daunting at first, over the years English grew to become both my favourite and most high-achieving subject in high school, where I achieved A* in Cambridge AS/A-Level English Literature (96 Overall!), as well as an Outstanding Scholarship in NZQA English.

English is one of the most feared subjects, and for good reason. However, I truly believe that with the right mindset and technique, it can transform into something you excel at; I can guide you along that process.
I can teach English at all levels up to final year of high school, with a specialty in AS/A-Level Cambridge English. I can also teach NZQA Scholarship English, as someone who attained Outstanding scholarship in the exam.
First lesson will be online and involve an introductory session with a chance for Q&A, understanding of your goals, and some personal advice for English as a subject.
