About Joaquim

I have been doing the MMA / K1 sports for over 3 years as a competitive sport. I have been giving private training to friends from my own network for a few months now, but I would also like to offer my services to other and more people. I have also trained several times as co-trainer on some courses in different gyms, but now I want to expand independently.

About the lesson

I create my plans, both training and nutrition plans, individually for each customer and change them in the course of the process or the transformation. It is mainly trained with your own body weight, but also partly with weights. Boxing training is another option that can be used.

Perfect! Nun habe ich mehrfach mit Joaquim trainiert. Es geht gezielt auf meine Fitnessziele und ist flexibel was die Termine abgeht. Es ergeht mit mir über meine Grenzen hinaus und es macht Spaß mit ihm zu trainieren!

Perfect! Joaquim überzeugt auf ganzer Linie mit freundlichem und sehr professionellem Auftreten . Er nimmt sich Zeit auf persönliche Besonderheiten einzugehen .ER Ist dabei immer freundlich und motivierend und wenn es mal sein muss pusht er einen auch über siene Grenzen hinaus. Genau so, sollte ein personal Coach arbeiten . Absolute Empfehlung.
