About Cruz
Fitness has been a major part of my life for over 17 years. Throughout that time, I’ve developed extensive experience in strength training, muscle building, conditioning, and body transformation. I believe that real results come from consistency, discipline, proper technique, and having the right plan.
As your personal trainer, I’ll meet you at your current fitness level and help you progress from there. I’m patient, motivating, professional, and serious about helping my clients succeed. My goal isn’t just to put you through a workout—it’s to help you become stronger, more confident, and capable of maintaining your results long-term.
