About Ludmila

Graduated in Physical Education at UFMG, I have worked with Personal for two years, and with the elderly for 3 years. I studied one year of the course "Sport, Physical Activity and Health" at British University Leeds Beckett University. Master in Leisure Studies also by UFMG.

About the lesson

Classes planned according to the objectives and biological individuality of the student. Focus on muscle strengthening exercises, postural stabilization and general physical conditioning, thus contributing to the improvement of low back pain and other joint problems. During quarantine I offer an ONLINE program to train at home. Individual classes or with up to 3 people per class, at home, squares and apparatus at the City Academy. I take my materials: rubber bands, free weight (shin, halter), Pilates materials (ball, balance disc), mat, agility ladder, cones ... Motivation to change habits beyond classes through weekly goals and tips sent by whatsapp.
