About Franco
Hello, my name is Franco Encina. I am a personal trainer in bodybuilding and functional training and an advanced student of the Physical Education faculty at ISEF N1 Dr Enrique Romero Brest. I am also a swimming teacher in a school giving classes from children to adults.

My methodology is based on giving personalized classes to anyone based on their objectives. Classes of physical activity or any sport (be it soccer, swimming, volleyball, handball, etc). For this, planning is designed according to these objectives and taking into account the days and times available to the student and with the materials available or not.
