I have 8+ years of my own personal experience and am passionate about training clients to meet their specific needs whether your goals are to be stronger or just have a better looking physique. I have trained clients of all body types(see pictures) and experience levels so adapting sessions and diet plans to meet your needs is one of my specialities!
