I am an ex-competitive swimmer, swim instructor, and water therapist. My experience spans 20+ years on both the east and west coast. I wish to spread water safety knowledge, water as a tool for body/mental therapy, fitness, and swim technique.

My lessons are first and foremost stress reducing, I focus on your foundational skills-if any! I specialized in highly anxious children and the elderly. I love the benefits of water and I want my students to fall in love with it too! Everyone deserves a chance to find ways that the water works for your body, soul, and mind. My clients are both in NYC and LA proper.
