About Reynold
I am a Martial Arts Practitioner and athlete for over 9 years. Through trial and error I have sought out what works and what doesn't, while keeping in mind every person is unique. I have been a vegetarian for the past 13 years. Positivity and self improvement are my domain. Reaching out to others and helping them reach their full potential as people has always been my goal in life, and for the past 4 years I have endulged in doing so. My programs are not for get ripped quick schemes or take drug enhancements for your beach bodies. Instead my focus will always be on balance, strengthening weaknesses, changing the mindset, and simply helping you become the best version of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally where you will definitley reach greater heights guaranteed.

When working with me, I only ask 1 thing, and that is absolute honesty. Where are you mentally, how are you emotionally, and what do you truly want to achieve physically. There are no simple answers to any of these which is why my programs are unique for every single person. My aim is that once you go through with my program it will not only be a program anymore but a lifestyle you live by. Everything from eating habits to insecurities will be improved so that you may reach happiness and peace within yourself thus enhancing your living experience.
