About Margo
My name is Margo Liebenberg. Professional dancer and performer. Stretching properly and dedicating time to it is not highlighted enough. Of course over-stretching is a thing but that often only happens in extreme competition instances. I want to increase awareness and knowledge in safe stretch and mobility practice to help the individual with mindfulness and breath work and achieving their flexibility goals.

Focusing on mobilizing and lengthening the muscles through safe stretching and mobility practice. This will ensure awareness of movement, increase range of motion and increase flexibility whether it's just for daily tasks such as doing the laundry or if you want to advance your mobility and flexibility in a competitive manner.
