About Benjamin
I am a Computer Science student at UNSW (majoring in Security Engineering), in my second last year. I completed a remote/local internship at IBM Security and Cloud respectively. I have tutored privately and in groups over a wide age range, from primary school children to HSC students. Currently, I am also applying to tutor at university to further my teachings. I am currently striving to become a graduate software/security engineer.

I have always found that practical experience is key, especially with programming. You can read as much as you want, but until you sit down and actually implement a solution, it is hard to actually understand the intricacies. Hence, I'm very keen on creating problems that have actual meaning, rather than doing some arbitrary task. I always relate the questions back to real-world scenarios and how this might apply in a job. Similarly, my teachings adapt based on the background of the person, for example, if the student is looking for interviews at the big 4 companies, I will prepare them with interview-style questions.
