About Priyam
Hey everyone! My name is Priyam Kumar. I'm a student at The Movin's School, and just like you, I deal with schoolwork, tests, and daily assignments every single day.
Because I’m close in age to you, I haven't forgotten how confusing or boring certain topics in Math, Science, and Social Studies can feel when they're taught straight out of a rigid textbook. I know what it’s like to sit in class, feel stuck on a difficult problem or topic, and hesitate to ask questions because you're worried about feeling silly.
That is exactly why I want to share my knowledge with you. I want to build a space where learning doesn't feel like a scary chore or a high-pressure test. When we work together, I’m not standing at a chalkboard lecturing—I’m sitting next to you as a guide and a study partner.

Most traditional tutors teach down to kids, but as a peer-age tutor, I talk with them, not at them. I break down tough topics into easy, bite-sized steps and focus on why something works, not just memorizing answers for a test. This builds real confidence and helps students actually enjoy studying.
