About the lesson

In our comprehensive cycling class, we cover everything you need to become a confident and skilled cyclist:

- Balancing and Pedaling Techniques: Master the fundamental skills of balancing on two wheels and pedalling smoothly to propel yourself forward.
- Coordination Exercises: Practice coordination exercises to synchronize your movements and maintain control of the bicycle.
- Braking Techniques: Learn how to apply brakes effectively and safely, understanding the differences between front and rear brakes and when to use them.
- Road Safety Tips: Receive expert guidance on road safety, including how to navigate traffic, anticipate hazards, and communicate with other road users.
