About Cherie

With several years of experience in both educational and legal environments, I’ve developed strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced remote setting. Whether leading 1-on-1 virtual lessons, drafting reports, or supporting clients and teams, I bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to every task. Working from home while homeschooling my children has further strengthened my adaptability, discipline, and ability to remain productive and self-motivated. I’m tech-savvy, proactive, and thrive in roles that allow me to support others and contribute meaningfully to a student's learning path.

About the lesson

I tailor each lesson to the unique needs and goals of my students—no one-size-fits-all approach. I specialize in ESL and begin by getting to know each learner before recommending a curriculum or strategy. My teaching is flexible, student-centered, and designed to build both confidence and skill.

I’ve taught students across Europe and Asia, from ages 2 to 80, and at all proficiency levels—from Pre-K to C2 (Mastery). Whether you're just starting or aiming for fluency, I adjust my approach accordingly.

I’m fluent in English and can offer support in conversational, academic, and business contexts. While I’m not a professor, English is my native language and the one I’ve worked in professionally, including in corporate law.
