About Alan
As an undergrad, I was selected by my uni's statistics department (University of Zagreb, Croatia) to teach stats tutorials. I later taught statistics and related subjects, like biostatistics and econometrics, as a tutor to students in various degree programmes, including pharmacy, geology, psychology, business, and computer science. No matter what you study, I'm confident I can help you out.
I've also published peer-reviewed economics research using advanced statistical methods, and I can help you with the statistical modelling and data processing in your thesis or dissertation.

If you can do basic maths, you can pass stats. I'll show you how.
Stats actually uses very simple maths disguised by complicated names and long formulas. Once you know that and you've had enough practice solving different kinds of exercises, you're ready for your exam.
My teaching is always based on the materials for your stats paper, and I cover only the kinds of problems that could actually come up in your tests and exam. We'll solve them methodically, step by step, so you never get lost. And we'll go through the theory intuitively and gradually, so it all clicks for you and you don't learn by rote.
