About Tolulope
I currently work in a UK primary school as a Learning Support Assistant and also provide private tutoring for primary pupils. I have experience supporting children in Years 4–6, including maths intervention and Year 6 SATs preparation.
I enjoy helping pupils who may feel unsure or lack confidence in maths. My teaching style is calm, patient and encouraging. I explain methods step by step and help pupils understand the reason behind each answer. My aim is to help every child become more confident, independent and ready to learn.

I help primary pupils build confidence in maths through calm, clear and step-by-step lessons. I first check what the pupil already understands, then identify the gaps and teach the method in a simple way.
My lessons follow an “I do, we do, you do” approach: I model the method, we practise together, then the pupil tries independently. I support arithmetic, times tables, fractions, decimals, problem solving, reasoning and KS2 SATs preparation.
My aim is to help pupils understand the method, explain their thinking and become more confident learners.
