About Kara
Hi! I’m a Physical Education and Health Education major at Iowa State University with experience working with students of different ages and learning needs. I’ve student taught, observed in classrooms, and worked with special education students, which has helped me learn how to adapt my teaching and support each student effectively.
I’ve also nannied for several years, and I truly enjoy working with kids and building positive, supportive relationships. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident and encouraged to grow.

I focus on helping students really understand what they’re learning, not just memorize it.
