About Samuel
A little about my approach: I believe no student is "bad at math" but just haven't found a way of understanding it that clicks for them yet.
I'm patient, encouraging, and I like making math feel a lot less intimidating and a lot more doable. My goal isn't just to get the right answers, but to help students actually understand the "why" so they feel capable and confident on their own.
I'm also extremely reliable, easy to relate to with students, and I create a calm, supportive environment where it's okay to make mistakes and ask questions. I'd love to help your child grow both in their academic grades and how they feel about themselves as a learner.

I work with elementary and middle school students across all the core areas: arithmetic, fractions, decimals, pre-algebra, basic geometry, word problems, and building strong study habits along the way.
