About Christina

I’m a 42-year-old native speaker born and raised in Pasadena, California, just outside of Los Angeles. I have a 20-year-old son, so I know a lot about patience! My background is pretty diverse—I’ve worked in security at the Getty Museum and I currently work as a professional caregiver. I’m also in the middle of a huge life change, as I’ve traveled to Ghana and am preparing to move there permanently to be with my fiancé. I’m a very down-to-earth person who loves art, culture, and hearing people's stories. I’ve been through a lot of transitions myself, so I'm here to listen and talk about whatever is on your mind.

About the lesson

I’m here to help you feel comfortable while you practice your English. My lessons are relaxed and patient because I know how it feels to learn something new. We will just talk naturally about real life so you can build your confidence without feeling any pressure. Let’s take it one step at a time together
