About Muhammad
I am a passionate and experienced maths tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience working with students from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Space Sciences with a background in astronomy, astrophysics, remote sensing and GIS, which has given me a strong understanding of advanced mathematics and scientific problem-solving.
I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence in maths and making difficult topics feel much easier to understand. I am known for being patient, supportive and able to explain concepts clearly in a simple and approachable way. Alongside private tutoring, I have also been teaching with a Canadian-based online home-school for several years, working with students across different age groups and abilities.

My lessons are designed to make maths clear, manageable and confidence-boosting, even for students who currently struggle or feel anxious about the subject. I teach GCSE Foundation and Higher Maths, A Level Maths, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus and exam preparation.
Every lesson is personalised to the student’s level, goals and learning style. I explain concepts step-by-step using worked examples, practice questions and exam-style techniques to build genuine understanding rather than memorisation. I also help students improve problem-solving skills, exam confidence and time management.
My lessons are interactive and easy to follow, and I use a graphic tablet to create a smooth online learning experience similar to learning on a real whiteboard. Many of my students have improved significantly in both confidence and grades over time.
