I’m Tanmaya, a passionate and dedicated tutor specialising in Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science for GCSE and A-Level students. With a strong academic background and a genuine love for teaching, I am committed to helping students reach their full potential and achieve their academic goals with an experience of over a year. Currently studying Mathematics and Economics at University of Nottingham, I genuinely cherish having the opportunity to go over my own foundations while tutoring. About the lesson

My teaching methodology involves breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable chunks, using real-life examples to make the material relatable and easier to grasp. I encourage active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving during lessons, fostering a deeper understanding of the subject matter. I also provide comprehensive notes and practice questions to reinforce learning outside of our sessions. These resources are designed to help students solidify their understanding and gain confidence in their abilities. I’m always available to answer questions and provide support, ensuring that my students feel well-prepared for their exams. Typical Length of a Lesson: Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, which I find to be the perfect amount of time to cover key topics thoroughly without overwhelming the student. However, I am flexible and can adjust the lesson length based on the student's needs and preferences. Qualifications and Experience: I have a strong academic background, having recently completed my A-Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science, with top grades. I also achieved a perfect score in the Maths Admissions Test (MAT) for Oxford University. My experience includes tutoring students at various levels, helping them improve their grades and develop a deeper understanding of the subjects. My students have consistently seen significant improvements in both their confidence and academic performance. Who Are My Lessons For?
