About Lewis

I have a huge passion and desire for anything and everything music, especially guitar related. You won't find someone with more enthusiasm to share what he's learnt, which hopefully you will see, is a lot! If it's learning guitar, music theory or music tech, I'm looking forward to talking all things music with you!

About the lesson

I pride myself on the personalised and relaxed nature of all my lessons. If you don't feel relaxed/comfortable in the environment whilst learning anything you won't take it in. I take the time before every session to see what the student needs to prepare the best/most relevant material with adaptability prepared from years of experience to adjust in the lesson as needed so the most can be taken from the lesson. Lessons are typically anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, sometimes longer if you are keen! I have 2 Grade 8 distinctions in guitar as well as an A level in music and an extended diploma in music technology. Most importantly I have 7 years as a professional musician, touring the UK, Ireland and the US as well as constantly teaching students privately. These lessons have been for younger kids from ages 5 all the way to 90, being complete beginners or advanced players looking for more ways to expand their musical repertoire!
