About Purna
As a tutor, my role is to continually review the effectiveness of the course, including the course content, delivery methods, resources, assessment strategies, environmental issues and learner satisfaction. I need to evaluate their sessions which include strengths of the session, areas for development and improvements for future delivery. As a lecturer, I also need to identify the needs of students, their learning barriers, learning abilities and prior knowledge. I always use holistic approach of assessment for fair result. I am always dedicated to ensure equality of opportunity for all my students and value the difference with a wide range of abilities and cultural experiences.
