About Mahendra Kumar
I always build friendly relation with my students, due to this I feel like I am teaching one of my friend.
Advantage of this approach is that student feels comfortable while learning & feels free to ask doubts.
Further I always motivate students to ask as many questions as possible.

My first assumption while teaching a student is:

I would like to teach school students as well as college students.
