About Alishba

I'm Alishba, an 18-year-old A-Level student (studied from Cambridge ) from Sharjah with a strong academic background in Math, Physics and Computer Science and I have a strong background in English. I have a deep passion for STEM subjects and an even deeper commitment to helping younger students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

I believe every student is capable of excelling — they just need the right guidance, the right pace, and someone who truly believes in them. That's the kind of tutor I strive to be: encouraging, thorough and genuinely invested in each student's growth. I wasn't always the student who found everything easy. I know what it's like to sit with a problem and feel completely stuck — and that experience is exactly what drives me to be a patient, understanding tutor. I explain things the way I wish someone had explained them to me.

I'm currently working toward university admission in Computer Science, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence — which means I bring fresh, current knowledge to every lesson. I take my tutoring seriously and treat every student's progress as my own responsibility.

About the lesson

Struggling with Math or Science? You're in the right place! I'm an A-Level Math, Physics and Computer Science student based in Sharjah with a strong background in English, and I specialize in making numbers and equations click for students in Grades (KG to 8).

I know exactly what it feels like to find a topic confusing — and that's what makes me a better tutor. I break down Math, Algebra, Trigonometry and Physics into simple, step-by-step explanations that actually make sense, using real examples your child can relate to. My teaching approach is simple: understand the concept first, practice it second. I never move on until the student genuinely gets it.

My lessons are relaxed, patient and fully personalized — no two students learn the same way, so I adapt my teaching style to match your child's pace and learning needs. Each session is typically 1 hour long but flexible — I use worked examples, visual explanations, and practice problems tailored to each student's school curriculum. I'm patient, encouraging, and I make it a point to turn frustration into confidence.
