About Gayathri S
Dear learners! I'm a young, passionate and dedicated IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) ENGLISH TEACHER at THE INDIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL and a lover of the English language. I'm a TEFL/TESOL certified international teacher and a writer. Born as a native Malayali and with fluency in English speaking, I have a natural skill in acquiring students all over the globe. I can help you guys in developing your English communication skills, writing skills, grammar skills, online assignments and also to improve your skills in Malayalam.
Besides B.ed in English, I have mastered and graduated English Literature from Madras University, India. I have TAUGHT at ST TERESA'S CGHSS, Ernakulam. I have also taught as the Communicative English Teacher at GTECH, Piravom. I have PUBLISHED papers in Sathyabhama University and 13 ARTICLES in THE HINDU Newspaper. Command in the English language has also helped me to write and submit articles for other online sites. I have also worked as a Creative Writer at FRAGOMEN, DEL REY, BERNSEN & LOEWY.

Teaching has been my passion since my childhood days. I strongly feel that the teacher is the biggest artist. I have excellent communication skills and classroom management skills which would help me to deliver the content effectively and efficiently. I'm looking forward to an enriching experience. I believe that a teacher's role should be as the stage setter or facilitator of education. I would like to apply a constructivist approach in my teaching so that the students can engage thoroughly in their learning process which would also help to improve their responsibility of the same. Collaborative and cooperative learning strategies with a lot of innovative learning methods shall be applied in the classroom so that their education would not be limited to the four walls of a conventional classroom.
